Responsibilities

Deliver excellent member experience through service and standards
Support Gym Manager in attracting new members
Lead and develop a team of fitness professionals
Provide training and development opportunities for staff
Manage and enhance group exercise offerings

Qualifications

Possess a L2 qualification in gym instructing
Experience in teaching group exercise
Passion for fitness and wellbeing
Ability to inspire and lead a team
Strong focus on service delivery and standards
