Job Description

Join Artichoke as a Senior Project Coordinator to support the seamless delivery of bespoke joinery and interior design projects from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

Organise key project meetings and act as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and suppliers.
Oversee preparation and submission of estimates, quotations, and contracts.
Maintain accurate project documentation and manage procurement within budgets.
Provide detailed monthly reports tracking project performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
Manage contract variations and amendments.
Represent Artichoke professionally internally and externally.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a senior project coordination role.
Degree or project management qualification preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project Management Systems.
Strong time management and communication skills.
