Join Synamedia as a Senior IT Support Analyst and be part of a global team revolutionizing the entertainment industry. Collaborate with multiple teams across different locations to provide support and solutions for IT-related issues.
Provide IT Tier-2 level support to internal staff, VIPs, and Execs. Respond to queries via tickets, chat, email, and phone. Diagnose and resolve issues with hardware, software, networks, printers, telephony, and conferencing equipment. Write solution documents for new/updated software and hardware. Act as a liaison to other teams as needed. Travel to support other UK offices/sites.
4+ years of experience in HelpDesk/Deskside Service environment. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong compute skills. Experience with PC and Mac hardware, software, printing, and basic networking. Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, Dynamics, SharePoint, and Active Directory. Bachelor's Degree is desired.
