Job Description

Join us at Hanbury Manor Marriott Hotel & Country Club as a Restaurant and Bar Manager, where you will lead the food & beverage department and ensure guest satisfaction while meeting financial goals.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of Restaurant, Cocktail Bar, Oak Hall, Vardon's Bar & Room Service
Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest concerns
Guide and support F&B associates, including recruitment and retention
Coach and mentor team members to improve their skills

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
4 years experience in food and beverage or related area
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
