Job Description

Join our team as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to provide a dedicated and proactive talent acquisition service to various client areas within our organisation.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with leaders, key stakeholders, and colleagues to deliver a professional talent acquisition service
Take ownership of the recruitment life cycle with a focus on delivery and accuracy
Forecast long-term resource requirements and support data collation
Design creative advertising campaigns to enhance candidate attraction
Maintain relationships with past applicants, potential candidates, and key stakeholders
Support recruitment and selection training
Coach and advise leaders and hiring managers on recruitment and talent requirements

Qualifications

Significant experience in operational recruitment or in-house environment
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruitment processes
Thorough knowledge of HR policy and current legislation
Experience with CV databases, direct sourcing, and professional social media
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Strong time management, multitasking, communication, and interpersonal skills
