Job Description

Join our team as a Practice Bookkeeper and take charge of transforming clients' financial processes. You will review, streamline, and document financial systems, migrate accounting data, conduct reconciliations, and support client growth.

Responsibilities

Review and streamline clients' financial processes for accuracy and efficiency.
Document financial processes for new clients to ensure smooth handovers.
Lead migration of accounting data to Xero for new clients.
Conduct bank and credit card reconciliations.
Raise sales invoices and manage purchase ledger.
Prepare VAT returns for clients.

Qualifications

AAT Level 3 qualified, certified bookkeeper, or working towards this.
Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience.
At least 1 year of experience with Xero and Dext.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Resilience and adaptability to changes.
