Job Description

Alumni Tours is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, manage tour guides, coordinate schedules, and ensure exceptional customer experiences for our guided punting and walking tours in Cambridge & Oxford.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support tour guides

Qualifications

  • Experience in team and operations management within the tour or hospitality industry
