Are you a proven leader who thrives in a warehouse environment? GXO is looking for a Section Leader to join our site in Thorncliffe. Lead your team to achieve business goals, maximize productivity, and focus on continuous improvement and colleague wellbeing.

Responsibilities

Take full responsibility for the day to day running of the warehouse in your area
Lead, motivate, and develop your team to achieve targets
Support continuous improvement initiatives and act as an advocate for cultural change
Promote a creative atmosphere for ideas and improvements
Ensure operational processes are fully compliant with health and safety policies

Qualifications

Proven track record in a similar leadership role in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Ability to lead, develop, and manage a team effectively
Excellent people skills and strong focus on health and safety
