Job Description

Join GXO as a HR Advisor in Rushden to provide HR support to line managers and develop and deliver HR strategies in line with the People Plan.

Responsibilities

  • Provide quality advice and consultancy support to line managers on employee relations
  • Review and develop HR processes to maximize efficiency
  • Manage a range of HR activities within the employee lifecycle

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a similar HR Advisory role
  • CIPD qualified preferred
  • Good working knowledge of Employment Law
  • Excellent communication skills
