Job Description

Join a high-performing team at Telent to supervise and lead a team of PPM Engineers engaged in Fire maintenance contracts. This role involves managing resources, scheduling works, and ensuring compliance with operational plans.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team of PPM Engineers
Manage resources efficiently for planned maintenance work
Ensure high-quality work completion by engineers
Schedule and monitor works for compliance
Stakeholder management to keep teams updated
Minimum 1 site visit per week

Qualifications

Previous experience leading maintenance teams
Experience in Fire Maintenance or similar environments
Full UK Driving Licence
Drug & Alcohol testing required
