Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Assistant (HCA) to provide essential support to the clinical team, including GPs, practice nurses, and other healthcare professionals. The role involves patient-facing and administrative duties to support clinical care and practice operations.

Responsibilities

Provide patient care and chronic disease management
Health promotion and patient education
Stock management
Visit patients at home and care home settings

Qualifications

General Practice experience
Knowledge of SystmOne
Understanding of QOF
Driving license (desirable)
