Job Description

Exciting opportunity for a Highly Specialist Practitioner Psychologist/Senior CBTp Therapist to join our well-established Early Intervention in Psychosis service in South West Essex.

Responsibilities

Delivering NICE-compliant, specialist psychological therapies, including CBT for psychosis (CBTp).

Providing clinical supervision to other team members and contributing to staff development.

Taking on managerial responsibilities, including service reporting and team support.

Leading and contributing to ongoing service development initiatives.

Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and supporting integrated care.

Qualifications

HCPC registration as a Practitioner Psychologist, or BABCP accreditation as a CBTp therapist.

Experience working with individuals with complex mental health needs.

Willingness to undertake CBTp training if not already qualified.
