Job Description

Join our team as a Retail Sales Advisor at our Brewers Decorator Centre in St Neots. Provide exceptional service to customers, assist with product recommendations, and contribute to the smooth operation of the branch.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional service to customers in the branch
Use product knowledge to provide recommendations
Mix paint for customers and process specialist orders
Build relationships with customers and promote seasonal items
Assist with stock maintenance and keep the warehouse organized

Qualifications

Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Open and friendly personality
Willingness to attend training and develop skills
Previous retail experience advantageous
