Job Description

Join our team as a Retail Sales Advisor at our Brewers Decorator Centre in Cheltenham. Provide exceptional service to customers and contribute to the smooth running of the branch.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional service to customers in the branch
Use product knowledge to make recommendations
Mix paint for customers and process specialist orders
Develop sales of company products
Build relationships with customers
Promote seasonal and special items
Assist with stock maintenance
Keep the warehouse organized and safe

Qualifications

Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Open and friendly personality
Willingness to learn and develop skills
Retail experience or product knowledge advantageous
