The Customer Service Representative is responsible for accurately processing customer quotation requests for spare parts and service. This role involves building relationships with customers, channel partners, and internal teams to exceed customer expectations.
Handling all customer queries by phone and email. Analyzing requests to establish correct bills-of-material. Producing quotations for spare parts and service. Managing the quote follow-up process. Collaborating with internal teams. Ensuring the best customer experience.
Previous experience in a similar role. Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred). Proficiency in MS Office. Commercial awareness. Fluent English. Technical/engineering background helpful. Strong organizational skills.
