Job Description

Join our team as a Warehouse Team Leader responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse in line with Company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

Updating and printing production/packing/co-man plan
Completing assigned tasks efficiently
Ensuring timely delivery of jobs
Maintaining quality standards
Organizing operators as needed
Controlling day-to-day warehouse activities
Enforcing safety rules
Reporting damages or queries
Training team members
Ensuring weekends are adequately staffed
Providing daily handovers
Managing delivery bookings
Handling stock disposal

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of team leader experience
FLT licenses - reach and counterbalance
Minimum 2 years of Warehouse experience
Knowledge of H&S and GMP
Good excel skills and system experience
Ability to work to deadlines and prioritize workload
Ability to work independently
