Job Description

Join us as a Rough Sleeping Coordinator at West Northants Council to provide outcome-focused support to rough sleepers with complex needs and collaborate with multiple services for recovery and resettlement.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with housing providers, landlords, and investors to support homeless reduction initiatives. Collaborate with various departments to strengthen the rough sleeping pathway.

Qualifications

Experience in working with individuals with complex needs. Ability to build strong relationships and work in a demanding environment.
