Job Description

Exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to join an international and market-leading company in Caerphilly, South Wales. Responsible for managing existing accounts and prospecting new B2B customers.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives
  • Make daily calls, work with partners, generate interest, qualify prospects, and close sales
  • Source new sales opportunities through various channels
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate manager
  • Maintain and expand prospect database
  • Team with partners to build a pipeline and close deals
  • Perform online demos for prospects

Qualifications

  • Proven sales/account management experience
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing calls
  • Proficient with productivity and web tools
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Availability for trade shows with some overnight stays
  • Full driving license
