Job Description

Join Co-op as a Customer Team Leader and be part of a team dedicated to providing excellent customer service. Lead the store team, supervise team members, and support the Store Manager in various tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly and thoughtful service to customers
  • Develop team capabilities through coaching and training
  • Ensure store remains safe, legal, and operational
  • Manage stock accuracy and store operations
  • Deputise for Store Manager and implement new products/services
  • Build relationships in the local community
