British Garden Centres is looking for a Team Leader to lead and inspire an amazing team in the plant department, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a great in-store experience.

Responsibilities

Organizing team schedules and addressing staff issues
Evaluating employee performance and providing training
Ensuring high standards of customer service
Overseeing plant area for care, sales, and wastage

Qualifications

Supervisory experience
