Job Description

As the Deputy General Manager & Clinical Lead of a Barchester care home, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of quality care, working closely with the General Manager, and providing leadership in their absence.

Responsibilities

Ensure care standards are met
Motivate and lead a multidisciplinary team
Monitor standards through audits and clinical practice
Develop and deliver strategies to achieve goals

Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN/RMN) with current NMC registration
Teaching/mentoring/supervision qualification
Experience in helping residents with different health needs
Track record of managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments
