Job Description

Join our team as a Health & Safety Coordinator to implement and monitor safety programs, promote a positive culture, and provide support and training to employees.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing safety programs and policies
  • Coordinate and monitor safe working systems and processes
  • Perform safety inspections and risk assessments
  • Deliver training sessions to ensure safe work practices
  • Investigate accidents, identify root causes, and prepare remedial plans
  • Manage relationships with insurance providers and oversee building functions

Qualifications

  • Degree or level 6 diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or Environmental Health (desirable)
  • Relevant qualification: NEBOSH, IOSH or City & Guilds NVQ
  • 2 years of experience in Health & Safety
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
