Job Description

Join our team as a Health & Safety Coordinator to implement and monitor safety programs, promote a positive culture, and provide support and training to employees.

Responsibilities

Assist in developing and implementing safety programs and policies
Coordinate and monitor safe working systems and processes
Perform safety inspections and risk assessments
Deliver training sessions to ensure safe work practices
Investigate accidents, identify root causes, and prepare remedial plans
Manage relationships with insurance providers and oversee building functions

Qualifications

Degree or level 6 diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or Environmental Health (desirable)
Relevant qualification: NEBOSH, IOSH or City & Guilds NVQ
2 years of experience in Health & Safety
Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
