Responsibilities

Assist with inventory management, stock audits, and banking processes.
Inspire and lead a team of outdoor enthusiasts under the guidance of the Store Manager.
Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers in finding the perfect outdoor gear.
Support seasonal promotions and maintain high visual merchandising standards.
Take charge of the team and store in the absence of the Store Manager.

Qualifications

Proven track record in retail management, preferably in outdoor, apparel, or footwear sectors.
Passion for delivering exceptional shopping experiences.
Strong leadership skills to motivate and coach a team to success.
Knowledge of store compliance, processes, and visual merchandising.
Collaborative team mentality focused on continuous improvement.
