Join The AA as a Customer Service Advisor - Emergency Breakdown and provide support to customers in need during breakdown situations. This role involves handling a high volume of calls and ensuring customers receive the best assistance possible.
Support customers in a high-volume contact centre through their breakdown journey. Listen actively, provide guidance, and maintain composure while updating IT systems accurately.
We are looking for someone who is supportive, respectful, logical, proactive, resilient, and efficient in information retention and sorting.
