Responsibilities

Support the General Manager in leadership duties
Ensure care standards and regulatory compliance
Inspire and motivate the team
Develop and deliver strategies to achieve goals

Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN/RMN) with current NMC registration
Teaching/mentoring/supervision qualification
Experience in managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments
HR experience, knowledge of sales and marketing, budget management
