Job Description

Exciting opportunity for a committed Senior Care Assistant to work in a brand new nursing home offering various care services. Must have NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care.

Responsibilities

Recognize and facilitate daily needs of residents
Conduct formal supervisions and appraisals
Contribute to care planning and coaching support workers
Promote services to relatives, prospective residents, and inquiries
Update and write care plans and resident documentation
Administer medication to residents

Qualifications

Proven experience in a care setting
Good team player
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Genuine desire to care for others
