Job Description

Dougies Goodies Bakery is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to lead our customer experience team and drive business expansion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to build and manage high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise, train, and mentor a team of customer service representatives
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the customer service department
  • Implement and maintain customer service policies and standards
  • Prepare reports on team performance and customer feedback
  • Explore and recommend new technologies for customer service operations

Qualifications
