Job Description

Join Colchester United Community Foundation as a Boys Development Centre Youth Phase Lead Coach to support the Colchester United Academy and provide talent pathway opportunities for players within the local community.

Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop positive relationships with colleagues, players, and parents/guardians.
Deliver high-quality provision and experiences on community programmes.
Support the development and engagement of players within the Boys Development Centre programme.
Collaborate with colleagues, players, and parents/guardians to maximize impact.
Evaluate coaching through Individual Learning Plans (ILPs).

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications & Experience

UEFA C Coaching Award (Or enrolled on course)
FA Introduction to First Aid in Football
FA Safeguarding Children
Enhanced DBS check willing to complete a CUFC Enhanced DBS Check
Full Clean UK Driving License

Desirable Qualifications & Experience

UEFA B Coaching Award
Advanced Youth Award
FA Level 2 Emergency Aid (EFAiF) (Or willing to complete)
Previous experience working in Football Development/Community Development/Academy Coaching
