URBN UK Limited is seeking an experienced Head of Recruitment to lead talent acquisition efforts and develop recruitment strategies to meet hiring needs and support growth objectives.

Responsibilities

Drive recruitment strategies to attract top talent
Oversee entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
Lead, mentor, and manage recruitment team
Collaborate with department heads to create tailored recruitment plans
Utilize various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates
Stay up to date on recruitment trends and best practices
Provide regular reporting to senior management
Ensure positive candidate experience aligned with company values

Qualifications

Proven ability in end-to-end recruitment processes
Experience in retail, head office & distribution sourcing
Strong organizational and planning skills
Ability to manage and coach teams
