Job Description

Join HeliosX as a People Operations Coordinator and play a key role in creating exceptional employee experiences. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations within the People team while developing leadership skills and delivering outstanding employee experiences.

Responsibilities

Serve as the expert for onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
Provide 1:1 support to employees, addressing challenges efficiently.
Identify opportunities to enhance employee experience and drive engagement initiatives.
Act as the SME for BambooHR and support data reporting and analysis.
Collaborate with the team to streamline HR processes and automate where possible.
Ensure compliance with company policies and act as a resource for employee queries.
Provide mentorship and guidance to team members.
Review and quality-check work to maintain high standards.

Qualifications

1-2 years of HR experience with exposure to HR systems.
Deep understanding of HR policies, compliance, and best practices.
Ability to mentor team members and implement process improvements.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Meticulous approach to data and documentation management.
Enthusiasm for creating an exceptional employee experience.
