Job Description

Join HeliosX as a Senior People Operations Coordinator to support the company's goal of becoming a world-leading healthcare partner. This role involves providing expert support in HR operations and mentoring the People Operations Coordinator.

Responsibilities

Serve as the expert for onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
Provide hands-on support to employees, addressing their challenges efficiently.
Identify opportunities to enhance employee experience and drive engagement initiatives.
Act as the SME for BambooHR and ensure data accuracy.
Oversee People Operations Coordinator's work and maintain quality in HR processes.
Support data reporting and analysis for the Manager, People Experience.
Collaborate with the team to streamline and automate HR processes.
Be the SME for company policies and provide guidance to employees.
Mentor the People Operations Coordinator and review their work.

Qualifications

2+ years of HR experience with exposure to HR systems.
Deep understanding of HR policies and compliance requirements.
Ability to guide and mentor team members.
Solutions-oriented mindset with process improvement skills.
Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills.
Meticulous approach to data management and documentation.
Enthusiasm for creating an amazing employee experience.
