Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Market Access team for seamless contract administration and tendering processes.
  • Handle all aspects of contractual documentation with accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate and manage tender submissions effectively.
  • Review and verify suppliers' Statements of Works.
  • Thoroughly review tender documents for compliance and accuracy.
  • Manage and process incoming tenders efficiently.
  • Maintain contracts administration database up-to-date and organized.
  • Prepare and submit quotations in response to tender requests.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Healthcare Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in contracts administration and tendering within the healthcare industry.
