Responsibilities

Recognize and facilitate the daily needs of residents
Conduct formal supervisions and appraisals
Contribute to care planning and coaching support workers
Promote services when dealing with relatives and enquiries
Update and write care plans and resident documentation
Administer medication to residents

Qualifications

NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
Proven experience in a care setting
