Job Description

Join North Yorkshire Council as a Team Leader at Milestone House in Scarborough. Provide respite stays to individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and autism. Ensure safe and effective care delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of Learning Disability Care and Support Workers
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and council policies
Work a variety of shifts including weekends and sleep ins

Qualifications

NVQ Level 3 in Care/Promoting Independence or equivalent
Experience in Adult Social Care or Health Sector
Ability to manage staff effectively
