Responsibilities

Assist in managing all catering operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and event planning.
Lead and motivate a team of staff, ensuring excellent performance and high morale.
Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
Collaborate with the General Manager on budget management and financial performance.
