Job Description

Join our rapidly growing Mechanical & Electrical Contractor as a Contract Administrator. Ensure accuracy in financial processes and support various administrative aspects of the business.

Responsibilities

  • Receiving calls and directing them accordingly
  • Liaising with clients and engineers
  • Ensuring contractual SLAs are met
  • Attending client meetings and reporting on KPIs
  • Chasing contractors for paperwork/reports
  • Booking callouts, maintenance visits, and small works jobs
  • Managing work in progress reports
  • General administrative duties

Qualifications
