Job Description

Escape Recruitment Services' Commercial Division is partnering with a multinational engineering company in West Lothian to hire an experienced Account Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage key accounts and ensure contractual compliance and performance.
  • Develop commercial opportunities and support ongoing business growth.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to manage customer expectations.
  • Lead customer review meetings and follow-up actions.
  • Manage, quote, and close customer enquiries.
  • Report on KPIs, budgets, forecasts, and commercial data.

Qualifications

  • Previous account management experience in engineering or manufacturing.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with executive stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident negotiator and influencer.
  • Highly organised and proactive with multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
