Job Description

The Events Delivery Manager will oversee the planning and execution of various events held at Cutlers' Hall, reporting to the Marketing and Hospitality Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver hospitality events efficiently
  • Manage customer complaints effectively
  • Create and manage staff work schedules
  • Assist with staffing planning and management
  • Ensure adequate supplies, personnel, and equipment
  • Manage post-event activities
  • Supervise and evaluate staff
  • Train staff as needed
  • Enforce quality standards and regulations
  • Keep accurate records and prepare reports
  • Deputize for Marketing and Hospitality Manager
