Job Description

Join our team at Formby Manor Care Centre as a Team Leader - Nights. We are dedicated to providing the highest standards of safety, comfort, and care to our residents with various care needs including residential, nursing, and dementia care.

Responsibilities

Promote person-centred clinical nursing care
Manage and supervise the care team
Demonstrate and model person-centred care delivery
Safeguard the welfare of residents
Oversee the delivery of personalised care
Support professional standards within the home
Provide supervision and assessment to Care Assistants
Manage care plans, records, and daily rotas
Build relationships with external professionals
Assist in regular quality audits of care plans

Qualifications

Medication management and administration experience
Experience working with older people
NVQ Level 2 in Social Care or equivalent
NVQ Level 3 in Social Care or equivalent within 12 months
Knowledge of care principles in residential/nursing settings
Good communication skills
Self-motivation and confidence
