Responsibilities

Ensure optimal utilization of production lines
Support engineering and programming functions for machining requirements
Oversee production and efficiency of machines
Manage a team of operators for smooth product flow
Lead continuous improvement initiatives for enhanced productivity

Qualifications

5+ years experience in a production assistant or planning role
Strong CNC programming experience
Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and tools
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Fluency in English
