Responsibilities

Review customer eligibility for health policy usage
Make informed decisions on treatment eligibility
Work with healthcare providers to ensure appropriate care
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical guidelines
Provide clinical case management support
Conduct medical research to support claim decisions

Qualifications

Healthcare sector experience or relevant clinical qualification
Ability to act as front-line support via various communication channels
Strong clinical skills and decision-making abilities
Knowledge of best practices and clinical guidelines
