Job Description

Join JINGDONG Logistics as a HR & Admin Coordinator supporting warehouse operations. This role involves maintaining employee records, assisting with HR functions, and coordinating administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain employee files, onboarding documentation, and time & attendance records
  • Assist with contract preparation, visa documentation, and work permit processes
  • Coordinate daily office and facility admin needs
  • Support warehouse HR with leave tracking, scheduling, and internal communication
  • Act as a liaison between the warehouse team and the central HR department
  • Help prepare reports and compliance documents as required

Qualifications

  • 1 year+ of admin or office coordination experience
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling confidential information
  • Basic understanding of HR processes is a plus
  • Strong communication skills in English and Chinese
  • Willingness to work on-site at the warehouse and support operational teams
