Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to ensure efficient kitchen operations across all venues.
Assist in staff training, development, and performance management.
Contribute to menu design and development.
Dive into costings and financials related to menu planning.
Address challenges that arise in daily operations and provide solutions.
Support team performance by identifying training and development needs.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a chef or kitchen manager.
