Responsibilities

Support the Store Manager in meeting or exceeding sales & KPI targets.
Create a positive team culture through recruiting & training staff.
Analyze sales data & make informed decisions alongside the Store Manager.
Provide excellent customer service and manage day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

Previous supervisory experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
Passionate about retail & knowledgeable about industry trends.
Strong communication skills and ability to analyze sales data.
Experience in visual merchandising would be advantageous.
