Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of complex housing issues
Engage with residents to provide support
Collaborate with Estate Managers to improve processes
Represent the organization at meetings
Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

GSCE level education in Math and English
Level 4 CIH Membership or equivalent qualification
Experience in housing management or similar field
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
