Job Description

Experienced Customer Service Representative required for a globally operating manufacturing company in South Nottingham on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract (FTC).

Responsibilities

Solving customer queries and progressing new orders
Issuing quotations to customers
Following up on quotes and contract reviews
Entering customer orders in SAP and maintaining data
Building internal relationships for order fulfilment
Handling customer returns and invoice issues

Qualifications

2+ years of B2B sales/customer service experience
Experience with ERP, CRM, and SAP
Fluency in German, French, or Italian is a plus
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Experience in aerospace or medical industry is advantageous
