Job Description

Join Nike Castleford as a part-time Retail Assistant (Athlete) for 14 hours per week to provide exceptional service to consumers and contribute to the success of the store.

Responsibilities

Serve and deliver a premium brand experience to consumers
Assist in training new employees
Support various store departments and recommend products to reach sales targets
Create a bond between online and offline sales
Inform consumers and teammates about NIKE products and services
Improve knowledge through training courses

Qualifications

Customer service and/or retail experience preferred
Effective communicator and collaborator
Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques
Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours
