Job Description

Severn Trent Services is seeking a Key Account Manager to ensure clients' needs are met with exceptional service, meeting expectations for quality, timeliness, and cost. The role involves advising on water and wastewater regulations, managing a regional portfolio, and maximizing up-sale opportunities.

Responsibilities

Maintain compliance with all policies, procedures, and standards
Ensure payments are made and revenue collected
Reporting issues/complaints and collaborating for resolution
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders

Qualifications

Experience in the water and wastewater industry
Knowledge of regulatory, statutory, and legal obligations
Strong stakeholder engagement skills

Salary range between £43,123.26 - £48,375.81 plus monthly car allowance
