Job Description

Join Biffa as an Operational Supervisor responsible for supervising employees and managing resources for collecting recycling and general waste. Ensure all activities comply with contractual requirements, policies, legislation, and health and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

Plan and organize daily tasks, crew deployment, and resource allocation
Prepare and record resource schedules for work programs
Manage day-to-day staff operations and performance
Build positive relationships with clients and identify revenue opportunities
Maintain records and systems for contract operation

Qualifications

Experience leading and supervising teams
Knowledge of Health and Safety policies and procedures
Operational experience in a similar role
Valid and clean UK Driving Licence
