Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide office support to employees and clients
  • Maintain company data and client relationships
  • Handle phone calls, communications, and office operations
  • Ensure compliance with customs regulations and facilitate import/export operations
  • Invoicing, client education, and negotiation
  • Assist with travel arrangements, technical issues, and business operations
  • Handle supplier queries, invoices, and reconciliations

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, report preparation, and budgeting skills
  • Proficiency in bookkeeping, data entry, and office management
  • Knowledge of import/export procedures in the EU
  • Ability to use office software, gadgets, and customer service skills
